The Solution
Used DOE with JMP software to demonstrate effects and interactions of multiple factors visually. Started with simple experiment showing visual proof of results.
The Results
Saved time and money. Bio-pharmaceutical industry benefited as whole. Now uses DOE for almost everything (80%+ of work).
